Not at all. Kids Yoga is designed to develop flexibility over time — children do not need any prior flexibility or yoga experience to join. All levels are welcome in our Gold Coast classes.
We welcome parents to observe from our viewing area. We find that children often engage more fully when they have a little independence in class, but you are always welcome to watch.
Comfortable, stretchy clothing they can move freely in. Bare feet are ideal for yoga. A water bottle is recommended.
