We're growing fast and keeping things flexible while we do, so class times and locations aren't fixed yet — we shape them around the people who join. Browse our beginner-friendly classes below, choose an open term, and get in touch. We'll confirm a time and a spot around Surfers Paradise & the wider Gold Coast that works for you.

Open Terms

$35 per class, aligned with Queensland school terms. Enrol for an open term — join mid-term and you only pay for the classes that are left. We'll confirm your class times once you're in.

Booking Policies

Please, arrive 5 min early to have enough time to get to the studio.
What to bring: water bottle, towel, and appropriate clothing for your class type. See the "Preparing for Your Class" section below for specific clothing requirements by program.
Recovery Movement classes require medical clearance from your treating practitioner before attending. Please contact us prior to booking a Recovery class to discuss your requirements. This policy exists to ensure your safety and the safety of other students.

Preparing for Your Class

Dance

  • Comfortable activewear
  • Water bottle
  • Indoor shoes or bare feet

Pole Fitness

  • Shorts and tank top
  • No lotion or oils before class

Yoga

  • Comfortable, stretchy clothing

Aerial

  • Form-fitting clothing covering torso and legs
